ABOUT MY WORK
I decided in 2005 that I needed to change my career path.
I had spent many stressed-filled years managing within the
arts and events sector and desperately wanted to start a
family.
I initially qualified as an Holistic Massage Therapist and
really enjoy working with my clients on a one-to-one basis.
I describe myself as a clinical massage therapist and body
worker. My massage therapy involves soft tissue manipulation
as well as relaxation methods to de-stress the body and
mind.
I particularly enjoy achieving a balance between relaxation
and bodywork to ease common muscle complaints that people
suffer on a daily basis. RSI, tennis elbow, neck and eye
strain, headaches, lower back ache, foot pain and persistent
pain in the shoulders.
Since returning to the UK in 2007 I created the company and started a practice at Abbey House Complementary Clinic in Northampton (one Thursday in the month). In September 2009 I opened a new clinic room in Luton on Stopsley High Street. I have day appointments on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with late evening appointments each
Wednesday, Friday and every other Saturday.
More Therapists have joined me and we now come under the umbrella of the luton therapy rooms where we can offer an even more diverse range of therapies from Hypnotherapy to Nutrition Therapy and Stress Management
